Chopped pork cutlets
Chopped patties can be cooked in any conditions, as they do not require a meat grinder, blender or food processor to prepare them, and they are always very juicy.
Ingredients
- pork 500 g
- onion 1 pc.
- eggs 1 pc.
- mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
- wheat flour 2 tbsp.
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We wash the pork and remove excess moisture with paper towels. Chop the meat into small pieces. We spread it in a deep container.
Step 2
We clean the onions, chop them finely and put them in a container with meat.
Step 3
Add the egg, wheat flour and salt to the container to the chopped meat and onions. Mix all ingredients well.
Step 4
Then add mayonnaise to the contents and mix everything again. We close the container with a film or a lid and put the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Step 5
When the pork is marinated, we take it out of the refrigerator. Heat oil in a frying pan and form cutlets with a tablespoon. Fry chopped pork cutlets on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
