Coffee with tangerine and lavender aroma
This coffee is not for every day, but for the case when you need to wake up on a high note. The taste of freshly brewed coffee, tangerines and lavender will let you grow from a romantic evening into an equally passionate morning.
- 40 g ground coffee for a Turk
- 280 ml water
- 2 g ucho-suneli
- tangerine jam for serving
- 200 g of sugar
- 250 ml water
- 10 g fresh or 5 g dried lavender
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
For lavender syrup, pour cold water over the lavender and let sit overnight. Combine water, lavender and sugar and simmer the syrup for 2 hours over low heat. This syrup is delicious to add to various sweet dishes, to mineral water or tea.
Put the coffee in the cezve, cover with water, stir, add 5-7 ml of lavender syrup per serving. Then stir in 10-15 ml of jam and a pinch of Georgian spices. Mix everything well, put on the sand / comfort. Once the coffee cap is raised, pour the coffee into the cups.
