Cold cuts salad

Potato salads, for all their simplicity, are extraordinarily tasty - it's not for nothing that they are so popular all over the world. But it is in them that little things are so important, due to which the "character" of the salad is revealed. In our salad this role is assigned to capers and horseradish, they give the dressing that very "zest".
