Cremali domates çorbası / Creamy tomato soup
This bright soup is summer itself! In Turkey, there are many varieties of it - the soup is prepared in broth / water, with milk / cream / yolk / cheese, with the addition of carrots / celery, with the addition of bulgur / noodles / rice and without everything, even without aromatic herbs. My version of cooking with the addition of sauce cream, so the word "cream" is added to the name - cremali
Ingredients
- meat broth 3 glass (s)
- cream 15-18% 3/4 glass (s)
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- grated hard cheese 1/2 cup (s)
- tomato paste tbsp
- 1/2 bunch parsley (s)
- butter 2 tbsp.
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- garlic optional 2 pcs.
- dry thyme or mint
- flour 2 tbsp.
- turmeric 1/2 tsp.
- salt
- ground red pepper

Step 1
At the very end, add parsley to the soup, and when serving, put cheese in a bowl of soup and stir.
