Curd cheese snack balls
A light snack made from Hochland cottage cheese with added ham and vegetables can be offered to the family for breakfast or served to guests at the festive table.
Ingredients
- "Cream cheese" Hochland 200 g
- ham 100 g
- small sweet red pepper 1 pc.
- small fresh cucumber 1 pc.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- freshly ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- fresh dill 0.5 bunch (a)
- ground sweet red paprika 2 tbsp
- ground walnuts 3 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash the cucumber, dry, cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Pepper to remove seeds, wash, dry. Cut into small cubes.
Step 4
Put the curd cheese in a bowl, add the chopped ham.
Step 5
Place chopped cucumber and bell peppers in a bowl. Salt, pepper, mix the mass.
Step 6
Wash the dill, dry with a paper towel, finely chop.
Step 7
Form balls with a diameter of about 2-2.5 cm from the curd mass. Roll some of the balls in chopped dill.
Step 8
Roll the second part of the balls in sweet paprika.
Step 9
Roll the remaining balls in chopped walnuts.
Step 10
Place the snack balls on a plate. Insert a skewer into each ball.
Step 11
Decorate the appetizer with any greens to taste and serve.
