Curry eggs

Curry eggs are a mix of East and West in one dish. Prepare a poached egg in French and serve with Indian curry sauce. By the way, curry powder can be replaced with a similar curry paste of any color - yellow, red or green.

Curry eggs
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml cream, 20-22% fat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a few stalks of green onions
  • butter
  • 0.5 tsp. curry powder, ginger powder, sweet ground paprika and garam masala
  • salt
  • rustic bread for serving


Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic, fry in butter in a saucepan, 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add all the spices, stir, pour in the cream and cook until thickened, 7-10 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare eggs in a bag, hard boiled or poached. Chop green onions. Toast the bread in a toaster.
Step 4
Pour hot sauce into bowls, add eggs, sprinkle with onions, serve with bread.
