Cutlets in bacon
Ingredients
- 400g ground beef
- 150g bacon strips (9 pcs.)
- 1 onion
- 50 g ground almonds
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. chopped dill
- 2 slices of bread without crust
- 125 g mascarpone cream cheese
- 0.5 cups of grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 red chili
- vegetable oil
- salt, black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic. Fry for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Grind the bread into crumbs. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, crumbs, dill, almonds, grated cheese, chopped chili and egg. Add minced meat and onion and garlic mixture. Season with salt, pepper and knead thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Make flat patties from minced meat in the form of "washers". Wrap each strip of bacon and secure the end with a piece of wooden skewer.
Step 4
Fry the cutlets in hot oil over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat, cover and cook for another 5 minutes on each side. Remember to remove the skewers before use.
