Delicate soup with mushrooms and blue cheese
This very spicy soup should please all fans of cheese with a noble blue mold.
- water 2 l
- chicken drumsticks 5 pcs.
- champignons 12 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- blue cheese 100 g
- processed cheese 140 g
- bay leaf 1 pc.
- Italian herbs 1 tsp
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan. We wash the chicken drumsticks and put them in a saucepan. Put the saucepan on fire and bring the contents to a boil. Add bay leaf to the broth.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry it in a pan until light golden brown.
My champignons, finely chop. Fry them in a pan until golden brown. When the chicken drumsticks are ready, take them out of the pan and peel them of the skin, remove the meat, chop it finely. Then put it back into the broth, also add the fried onions and mushrooms.
We take two types of cheese at once and cut them into small cubes. Gently place the sliced cheese in a saucepan and mix thoroughly until it is completely dissolved.
Then add Italian herbs, remove from heat and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
