Delicious lazy dumplings
Wonderful, healthy, fast, and most importantly, delicious breakfast.
- cottage cheese 250 g
- egg 1 pc.
- sugar 35 g
- flour 70 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Break an egg into a bowl and add sugar.
Grind the egg with sugar.
Add cottage cheese to the egg-sugar mixture.
and mix with a mixer to get a homogeneous mass.
Add flour to the curd mass.
Mix everything thoroughly again with a mixer.
Sprinkle flour on the chopping board. Divide the prepared dough into several parts for convenience. Place the separated portion of the dough on a board and sprinkle with flour on top. Roll the curd mass into a thin sausage with a diameter of about 2 cm, which is then cut into pieces about 1.5 cm long.
Bring water in a saucepan to a boil, season with salt. Dip the dumplings into boiling salted water, gently run a spoon along the bottom of the saucepan so that the dumplings do not stick to it, and cook the dumplings for 2 minutes after floating. Place the dumplings on a plate using a slotted spoon. Serve with sour cream.
