Fish soup with caviar dumplings
If you have fish broth, consider that you also have fish soup. Just a few steps and it will be ready. Add cod roe dumplings for variety.
- fish broth 1.2 l
- onions - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- vegetable oil for frying
- fillet of any salmon fish - 300 g
- parsley or dill
- hard cheese - 25 g
- breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 1 tbsp. l.
- salted cod caviar (or canned capelin) - 25 g.
