- cottage cheese-cheese 200-200 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Gozlema definitely needs to bake in a cast-iron pan, let's start with the dough. Mix yeast, sugar and a tablespoon of water, let stand for 15 minutes until bubbles appear. Sift flour onto the board, make a depression, gradually pour liquid, salt into the depression, knead the dough. Knead well, cover with a napkin, let stand for about an hour.
Step 2
Let's get down to stuffing. Knead the cheese, add cottage cheese, pepper, chopped herbs. We mix.
Step 3
Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each part very thinly, until transparent. Spread the filling on one cake with a thin layer, cover with another cake, glue it together, send it to an already hot cast-iron pan. Fry on both sides, put it on a plate, grease with butter if desired. Bon appetit!
