Greek salad
This is the perfect way to cook raw vegetables in a delicious and original way. The main secret of this dish is that it is prepared just before serving: then the ingredients retain their freshness and appetizing appearance.
Ingredients
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- cucumbers 2 pcs.
- bell pepper 1/2 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- olives 20 pcs.
- sirtaki cheese 150 g
- olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the cucumber lengthwise and cut it into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Step 4
Pepper and cut into short strips.
Step 5
Add olives to the already chopped vegetables. Then add some olive oil and salt.
Step 6
We mix all the ingredients. Cut the sirtaki cheese into small cubes. Put the prepared salad in a bowl or on a plate. Put sliced sirtaki cheese on top of the salad and immediately serve the Greek salad to the table.
