Grilled potatoes with adjika

No dish is easier and tastier than baked potatoes. Mamiya Jojua, the chef of the Kazbek restaurant, prepares it in a special way: first, bake it in the oven, then bring it to readiness on the grill. A little butter and fragrant adjika - and even a meat-eater cannot resist such potatoes with adjika, baked on the grill.

Ingredients
  • potatoes - 6 pieces
  • butter - 25 g
  • adjika to taste
  • Svan salt to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Rinse the potatoes well, do not peel them.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 °, line a baking sheet with baking parchment, add potatoes, leave to bake for 45 minutes in Steam mode.
Step 3
Take out the potatoes and immediately put them in the grill on the coals, for about 10-15 minutes, bring to full readiness.
Step 4
Cut the baked potatoes in half lengthwise, carefully cut the pulp, mix with adjika and heat in the oven.
