This dish will appeal not only to vegetarians, but also to meat eaters. Grilled vegetables are great partners for kebabs or meat.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
We take vegetables, wash them.
Cut vegetables into slices. Put the sliced eggplants on a separate plate, add some salt and leave for 30 minutes. Then we rinse them under cold water.
