Homemade sour cream cookies

- sour cream 100 g
- icing sugar 70 g
- granulated sugar 35 g
- butter 125 g
- flour 230 g
- baking powder 0.5 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making delicate homemade cookies.
Put softened butter, sour cream and granulated sugar in a bowl for beating.
We mix the ingredients.
Then add flour sifted through a sieve and baking powder, knead the dough again until smooth.
Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Then we take out the chilled dough and divide it into 3 parts. Roll out a sausage from each piece of dough, press down slightly and cut into pieces.
Put the sliced cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
We bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 ° C.
Put the hot cookies in a convenient container, add powdered sugar and mix gently.
