Hot sea buckthorn cocktail
  • 200 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. l. pear syrup
  • 1 large sturdy pear
  • 200 g thawed sea buckthorn
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 firm, strong pear
  • mint for decoration


Step 1
Put the sea buckthorn berries in a French press. Peel the ginger, cut into thin slices and also put in a French press. Mash lightly with a pestle.
Step 2
Pour 200 ml of boiling water into a French press, stir and let it brew for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the orange juice, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour into a French press, stir. Let it brew a little more, then separate the pure drink from the sediment in a French press.
Step 4
Peel the pear from seeds and peel, cut into thin slices.
Step 5
Pour the sea buckthorn drink into glasses. Garnish with a thin slice of pear and serve.
