Italian salad with buckwheat

Ingredients
- buckwheat 150 g

- lemon 1 pc.
- dry oregano (oregano) 1 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour cold water into a saucepan, pour buckwheat there. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Remove buckwheat from heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes. Then stir and leave open to cool.
Step 3
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers and parsley. I love it when it is cut very finely, but you will be guided by your taste. In a large bowl, combine vegetables with buckwheat.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing separately. To do this, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and oregano.
Step 5
Pour the dressing into the salad and mix thoroughly.
