Kalamarat with salmon
Seafood and Fish Pasta is a quick option for a sumptuous gala dinner. And although "kalamarat" is a pasta in the form of squid cut into rings (hence its Italian name), it can be supplemented with a variety of seafood. We selected salmon, langoustines and mussels. Gorgeous!
Ingredients
- bulgarian pepper - 120 g
- zucchini - 30 g
- onion - 80 g
- cherry tomatoes - 40 g
- olive oil - 80 g
- Murmansk salmon - 120 g
- squid tentacles - 100 g
- mussels - 200 g
- langoustines - 240 g
- cream 33% - 200 g
- shrimp bisque - 200 g
- salt - 5 g
- pepper mixture - 1 g
- calamata paste - 260 g
- butter - 40 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop vegetables and fry in a preheated skillet in olive oil until half cooked.
Step 2
Then add the thinly sliced fish and seafood. Fry for another 3-5 minutes and add cream, bisque and spices.
Step 3
Boil the paste separately until aldente, about 12 minutes. after boiling.
