Lasagne with cabbage and brisket
If you have tried only lasagne bolognese so far, there are still many discoveries in Italian cuisine. Italians prepare lasagna from almost any product. Before you is just such, not the most familiar recipe for non-Italians - lasagna with cabbage and brisket.
- 300 g lasagna sheets
- 200 g young cabbage
- 250 g of boiled-smoked brisket
- 500 ml béchamel sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the cabbage into strips, the brisket into small cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil and brown the brisket until golden brown. Add cabbage and sauté, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil lasagna sheets in boiling salted water, 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, carefully transfer to the spread out towels.
Grease a 20x30 cm baking dish with butter. Lay a layer of lasagna sheets, brush with béchamel sauce, add cabbage with brisket, sprinkle with parmesan and top with béchamel sauce. Cover with lasagna sheets and repeat layers. The last should be a layer of cabbage, bechamel and cheese.
