Lasagne with cabbage and brisket

Ingredients
- 300 g lasagna sheets
- 200 g young cabbage
- 250 g of boiled-smoked brisket
- 500 ml béchamel sauce

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the cabbage into strips, the brisket into small cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil and brown the brisket until golden brown. Add cabbage and sauté, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil lasagna sheets in boiling salted water, 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, carefully transfer to the spread out towels.
Step 3
