Mies Burger
Mies is meat. The mis-burger is prepared with a meat cutlet (pork, beef, ragan) with lori cheese, a mix of salads and a sauce based on homemade maynes and adjika.
Ingredients
- white burger bun - 4 pcs.
- meat cutlet - 4 pcs., 150-170 g each
- mix salad (lollo roso, lettuce, frize) - 60 g
- homemade mayonnaise and adjika sauce - 200 g
- lori cheese - 60 g
- chili pepper as decoration, optional
- minced meat, pork-beef - 640 g
- onions - 120 g
- regan (purple basil) - 20 g
- garlic - 8 g
- salt pepper
- vegetable oil - 80 g
- aveluk (horse sorrel) fried with onions - 80 g
- one slice of tomato
- butter
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
All ingredients for cutlets are cut into small cubes and mixed with minced meat.
Step 2
From the resulting mass, we form cakes and in the middle of it we spread the aveluk, previously boiled and fried with onions, a slice of tomato and a piece of butter. We make a cutlet from minced meat
Step 3
Fry the cutlets with filling in a hot pan with butter.
Step 4
We collect burgers. The loaf is cut, fried on the grill from the side of the cut. Both parts are smeared with sauce. Put the mix salad, cutlet, lori cheese slice on the base half and cover with the second burger half. Decorate with chili pepper.
