Mini donuts with powdered sugar
The donut is considered one of the most popular pastries in the world. People of all ages love to eat it, despite the high calorie content of the product and high fat content. After all, what could be tastier than an appetizing donut with a cup of coffee?
- kefir 2.5%; 250 ml
- wheat flour 120 g
- butter 50 g
- sugar 100 g
- egg 1 pc.
- soda 5 g
- vanillin 1 g
- icing sugar to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Put butter in a ladle and put on low heat until butter is melted.
Pour kefir into the container, add melted butter, sugar and beat all the ingredients.
Then add the egg, soda, vanillin and mix thoroughly using a mixer.
Add flour, sifted through a sieve, and once again thoroughly mix all the ingredients with a mixer until smooth. We put the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Pour the dough into a glass with a "spout".
In the multibaker, we install panels for making mini donuts. When the panels are heated, pour the dough from the glass into the mini donut molds, then close the lid of the baker and bake them for 10 minutes.
Put the finished mini-donuts on parchment and let them cool. Then put the donuts on a plate and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
