Nectarines in caramel sauce with oatmeal
  • 1 heap glass of oatmeal (boiled for 15-20 minutes)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 3 strong nectarines
  • 80 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ground cinnamon


Step 1
In advance, 8-12 hours in advance, pour 600 ml of cold drinking water into the oatmeal.
Step 2
Then put the oatmeal on the fire, bring to a boil, salt, cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the nectarines, cut the pulp into 2 cm cubes. Melt the butter and sugar in a frying pan, add the nectarines and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, stir and remove from heat.
Step 4
Divide the porridge into bowls and place the nectarines in the center with the caramel sauce.
