Omelet with corn and bolognese sauce

An omelet is always a "lifesaver" for housewives in terms of a quick breakfast or dinner. I offer my own version of an Italian-style omelet - with canned sweet corn and tomato-meat bolognese sauce. The omelet turns out to be hearty and tasty.

Omelet with corn and bolognese sauce
  • chicken eggs 5 pcs.
  • canned corn 120 g
  • bolognese sauce 250 g
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • green basil for decoration

Step 1
If the bolognese is prepared in advance, the omelet can be prepared very quickly. The sauce recipe can be found in the recipe https://www.gastronom.ru/recipe/45153/sous-boloneze.
Step 2
Break eggs into a bowl, add canned sweet corn.
Step 3
Salt and pepper the mixture, beat with a fork.
Step 4
Add the bolognese sauce to the mixture.
Step 5
Stir until smooth.
Step 6
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat. Pour the omelet mass, fry over medium heat until the bottom of the omelet sets. Then turn down the fire. Cover the skillet with a lid and fry the omelet until tender.
