Pancakes with salmon

Usually pancakes with salmon are prepared for a festive table, a buffet table. But nothing prevents you and your family from arranging a holiday on a weekday or a regular day off. What will be your breakfast - so will the day.

Pancakes with salmon
  • pancakes - 8 pcs (1/50 g)
  • lightly salted salmon, smoked - 200 g
  • cremetta cheese - 120 g
  • fresh greens - 12 g
  • olive oil - 16 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • milk - 500 ml
  • flour - 250-300 g
  • salt to taste


Step 1
Beat the eggs well, adding salt and half the milk.
Step 2
Then add flour and stir until the dough is completely smooth. A mixer can be used.
Step 3
Make sure that there are no lumps left in the dough, add the remaining milk.
Step 4
Fry in a skillet with a thick bottom, pouring in a little dough very quickly and spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the bottom. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 5
Lay out two pancakes beautifully on a plate, lay out salmon pieces and cremetta cheese. Decorate with fresh herbs.
