Pie with curd cheese and salami
- salami 80 g
- semi-hard cheese 80 g
- Hochland curd cheese 140 g
- sea salt to taste
- fresh dill, twig 2-3 pcs.
- garlic, clove 1 pc.
- zira, seeds-to taste
- egg yolk
- sour cream 100 g
- wheat flour 1 cup
- 1 pinch salt
- vegetable oil 25 ml
- baking powder 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
For the dough, mix the bulk components.
Add vegetable oil, mix with hands into crumbs. Add sour cream and knead the dough.
For the filling, cut the cheese and salami into thin slices.
Finely chop the dill, peel and chop the garlic. Add salt, chopped garlic and herbs to the Hochland curd cheese, mix. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each piece thinly. Put a layer of curd cheese on half of the dough.
spread the salami pieces on top.
On top of the salami are pieces of cheese.
Close the cakes, pinch the edges. Grease with egg yolk on top, sprinkle with cumin seeds if desired.
