Pizza with ham

I almost always have a bag of puff pastry "in reserve" in my freezer. It always helps out when you need to quickly cook something, for example, such a pizza. The main thing is not to forget to take it out of the refrigerator in advance.

Pizza with ham
  • puff yeast dough 250 g
  • ham 150 g
  • fresh tomatoes 2 pcs.
  • cheese 100 g
  • mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • greens for decoration


Step 1
Put the puff yeast dough out of the freezer and defrost at room temperature. This usually takes 15-20 minutes. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them off, and cut into thin circles. Cut the ham into thin slices. Finely grate the cheese.
Step 2
Roll out the defrosted dough a little over the size of the mold.
Step 3
Put the dough in a greased form, make small sides. Brush the dough with tomato paste.
Step 4
Put slices of ham on tomato paste, grease with mayonnaise, put tomato circles. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake the pizza at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Serve the pizza hot. Decorate with herbs.
