Pomegranate gleck
Ingredients
- 1 liter pomegranate juice
- zest of 1 orange
- 3-5 grains of cardamom
- 2 cloves
- 4 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- nutmeg on the tip of a knife
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put all the spices, orange zest in a saucepan. Pour 250 ml of cold water, add sugar and bring to a boil in still water. Let it simmer for a minute, then remove from heat and let it brew for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Strain the liquid with spices, return to a saucepan, add pomegranate juice and heat over low heat, not boiling.
