Pork ribs in sweet chili sauce
Sweet chill sauce, in which pork ribs are cooked, is a Thai sauce known to lovers of Asian cuisine, spicy and at the same time sweet in taste. This sauce will suit almost any meat or fish.
Ingredients
- pork ribs - 4 kg
- sweet chili sauce - 1 l
- beer - 3 l
- water - 1 liter
- black pepper, peas - 50 g
- rosemary - 10 g
- salt - 100 g
- country style potatoes and blue cheese sauce for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Remove excess fat from the ribs.
Step 2
Pour water, beer, salt, pepper and rosemary into a saucepan. Cook the ribs in beer broth until the meat is tender, about 40 minutes. Then remove from heat and refrigerate.
Step 3
Next, fry the ribs in sweet chili sauce until golden brown. Serve with rustic potatoes and blue cheese sauce.
