Pork shashlik
A very simple recipe for a delicious shish kebab.
Ingredients
- pork neck 1 kg
- onion 3 pcs.
- ground black pepper
- ketchup shashlychnyy Maheev 2 st.l.
- Cherry tomatoes
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the pork into 3.5cm by 3.5cm pieces, season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2
Cut the onion into 1.5 cm cubes, mash it with your hands to let the juice flow.
Step 3
Add onion and ketchup to the meat. Mix well. Cover with cling film and send to marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
