Pork tenderloin skewers in the oven
Today we are preparing pork tenderloin shashlik with pink pickled pancakes. As a basis for the marinade, we use ketchup "Russian" TM "Maheev", it contains a cucumber, which is so suitable for meat and potatoes! Because I am still on vacation outside of Russia, I could not find the "Maheev" marinade, we do not despair and we will cook it ourselves)))
- pork tenderloin 1 kg
- ketchup Russian TM "Maheev" 150 g
- mustard 1 tbsp
- balsamic 1 tbsp
- lemon juice 1 tsp
- ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp.
- salt To taste
- potatoes 4 pcs.
- paprika 0.5 tsp.
- eggs 1 pc.
- starch 2 tbsp
- garlic clove 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Let's prepare the pork tenderloin by removing all unnecessary from it. For the marinade based on Maheev ketchup, take ketchup, lemon juice, balsamic, mustard, sugar, salt and peppercorns.
Mix 120g of Maheev ketchup, mustard, balsamic, salt, sugar, pepper, lemon juice.
Cut the meat in portions and cover with marinade. Leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
While the meat is marinated, rub the potatoes. Let's wash it with water.
Add 30g of Maheev ketchup to the washed and squeezed potatoes, add paprika, black pepper, garlic and salt. Leave the mixture to marinate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add yolk and starch to the pickled potatoes. We mix.
We put the meat on a skewer and put it on the wire rack. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C and turn on the convection mode.
The tenderloin cooks quickly and it is important not to dry it out. We bake the kebabs for 10 minutes on one side, turn over and bake for another 12 minutes.
While the kebabs are being baked, fry the pancakes in a pan.
Serve ready-made shashlik and pink pancakes with ketchup "Russian" TM "Maheev", cilantro and vegetables (I have tomatoes and okra).
