Potato pancakes with egg
Draniki - potato pancakes, a Belarusian cuisine dish, also popular in Ukrainian, Russian, Eastern European and Jewish cuisines.
- potatoes 8 pcs.
- eggs 2 pcs.
- flour 2 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
We wash and peel potatoes.
We rub it on a fine grater. Put the grated potatoes in a fine sieve to allow the resulting liquid to drain. Then we squeeze out the remaining liquid from the resulting potato mixture.
Add eggs and salt to the potato mass, mix thoroughly.
Then add the flour to the potato mixture.
And mix again.
In a skillet with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil. Spread the potato mixture with a tablespoon, forming round pancakes no more than 1 cm.Fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown.
