Pumpkin gnocchi with mushrooms
- grated pumpkin 175 g
- salt to taste 175 g
- forest mushrooms
- onion 1 pc.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- wheat flour - 1.25 glass (s)
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- 1/2 bunch parsley (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. Season with salt, add sifted flour, knead the dough, roll the dough into a sausage, cut into small pieces and shape the gnocchi into small sticks by hand. They should not stick together.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and boil the mushrooms in salted water (if large, chop). Fry the onions in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
Boil the gnocchi in salted water (until they float: about 3 minutes).
Add the prepared gnocchi to the fried mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add finely chopped parsley, stir and serve immediately.
