Quesadilla with chicken and cheese
A bright, aromatic, hearty and very tasty appetizer of Mexican cuisine. Even a novice housewife will cope with its preparation, there would be tortillas and ingredients for the filling on hand!
Ingredients

- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- garlic 2 cloves
- mayonnaise
- salt

Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool it, then chop it finely.

Boil eggs, cool, peel and also grate on a fine grater.
Step 5
Put all ingredients in one container, add mayonnaise. To stir thoroughly.

Take the cake and put the resulting filling on it, distributing it on only one half of the cake. Then cover the first half with the filling with the other half of the cake and press down a little.
