Raspberry tea with rosemary
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 1 sachet or 1 tsp black tea
- 4 tbsp raspberry jam or syrup
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- sugar to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Defrost the raspberries, put them in a French press with the juice and mash with sugar.
Brew the tea separately in 600 ml of boiling water, remove the bag and pour the tea into a French press. Add a sprig of rosemary, jam, or syrup. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
Filter the tea in a French press to remove sediment and pour into cups.
