Rustic carrots
  • 600 g large carrots
  • 100 g of finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l. garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp sweet ground paprika
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • salt to taste


Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Peel and cut the carrots into neat cubes 10x2x2 cm.
Step 2
Combine garlic and ginger powder, paprika, black pepper and some salt. Pour olive oil over the carrot sticks, stir, sprinkle with the spice mixture, stir again.
