Grate crab sticks on a fine grater.
Grate the cheese too.
Boil the carrots in their uniforms. When the carrots are ready, chill them under cold water, then peel them and grate them on a fine grater.
Boil the eggs, then separate the whites from the yolks. Grate whites separately
and yolks on a fine grater.
Take a dish and lay out the salad in the following layers, smearing each of them with mayonnaise: crab sticks, proteins, carrots, yolks and cheese. Decorate with herbs.
