Ingredients
  • honey - 100 g
  • mustard Dijon - 100 g
  • garlic - 25 g
  • balsamic cream - 35 g
  • white balsamic vinegar - 100 ml
  • vegetable oil - 600 ml
  • sea salt
  • hard cheese (Edam or Emmental) - 30 g
  • Dor Blue cheese - 20 g
  • mixed salad - 30 g
  • figs (pear, fresh strawberries) - 100 g
  • dressing - 50 g

Step 1
Cut the garlic into small cubes (1-2 mm)
Step 2
Honey (in its viscous state, if not, heat it up in a water bath) mustard (Dijon mustard is softer and not so harsh), balsamic cream and white wine vinegar, mix well until smooth.
