Salad with honey mustard dressing
Dressing net yield is about 960 grams. The salad is indicated for one serving.
Ingredients
- honey - 100 g
- mustard Dijon - 100 g
- garlic - 25 g
- balsamic cream - 35 g
- white balsamic vinegar - 100 ml
- vegetable oil - 600 ml
- sea salt
- hard cheese (Edam or Emmental) - 30 g
- Dor Blue cheese - 20 g
- mixed salad - 30 g
- figs (pear, fresh strawberries) - 100 g
- dressing - 50 g

Step 1
Cut the garlic into small cubes (1-2 mm)
Step 2
Honey (in its viscous state, if not, heat it up in a water bath) mustard (Dijon mustard is softer and not so harsh), balsamic cream and white wine vinegar, mix well until smooth.
