Salad with mackerel and paprika
Ingredients
- mackerel 80 g
- paprika 60 g
- quail egg 2 pcs.
- chicken egg 3 pcs.
- mustard 25 g
- white wine vinegar 10 ml
- vegetable oil 500 ml
- cucumber 10 g
- sweet and sour chili sauce 30 g
- spinach 5 g
- green onion 50 g
- balsamic vinegar 50 ml
- mirin 50 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Smoke mackerel fillet for about 5 min (for flavor)
Step 2
Green onion mayonnaise: mustard 25 gr., Chicken egg 2 pcs., Wine vinegar 10 ml, green onion 50 gr. Put in a container and beat with a blender. Then, continuing to beat, pour 500 ml of vegetable oil into the resulting mass in a thin stream.
Step 3
We marinate quail eggs. Balsamic vinegar 50 ml. and mirin 50 ml. mix, put the quail eggs in the marinade and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 4
We bake the paprika in the oven (the skin should turn black). Then remove the skin, cut randomly into strips and marinate in sweet and sour chili sauce.
Step 5
Put the ingredients on a plate, decorate with spinach leaves, grated chicken egg and fresh cucumber. Friends, the salad is ready. Enjoy your meal!
