Salmon tartare
Salmon tartare is no less popular than beef tartare. The special feature of this tartare is in its original presentation: crispy rice chips emphasize the sea taste of minced fish, and avocado cream turns the dish into a real ode to tenderness.

- black pepper, peas - 0.4 g

- green onions - 40 g
- avocado guacamole - 120 g
- corn salad - 4 g
- fresh radish - 4 g
- pitted olives - 40 g
- sriracha honey-mustard sauce - 12 g
- ripe avocado fruits - 4 pieces

- sour cream - 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Cut the green onion (only the white part) into small cubes.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into small cubes, add the olive oil and stir. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, green onion and stir.
