Sausage salad
A quick-to-prepare salad can be offered to a family for dinner.
Ingredients
- smoked sausages 3 pcs.
- boiled potatoes 3 pcs.
- pickled seaweed 100 g
- canned green peas jar 0.5 pcs.
- pickled cucumber 1 pc.
- small onions 0.5 pcs.
- boiled quail eggs 4 pcs.
- fresh dill sprigs 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut a half from one sausage and cut it into thin circles, cut the rest of the sausages into half circles. Fry all the sliced sausages in oil until golden brown. Put on a paper towel (put the mugs separately).
Step 2
Cut the potatoes and cucumber into small cubes. Drain the liquid from the peas and cabbage. Peel, wash, dry, chop the onion.
Step 3
Combine prepared foods, salt and pepper to taste, season with half mayonnaise, mix.
Step 4
Put in a salad bowl, apply a net of mayonnaise. Decorate with halved eggs, sausage circles and dill. Serve immediately.
