Shawarma
I do not pretend to be an original recipe, I just want to show how I do it. It can be prepared for a snack or on a festive table by dividing the coveted roll.
Ingredients
- lavash 2 pcs.
- chicken breast 1/2 pc.
- tomato 1 pc.
- cucumber 1 pc.
- white cabbage 1/4 pcs.
- onions 1 pc.
- mayonnaise 5 tbsp.
- mustard 1 tbsp
- milk 3 tbsp.
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- hops-suneli 2 tsp.
- black pepper 1 tsp
- garlic head 1 pc.
- salt 2 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We start cooking shawarma with salad. Cut the onion into half rings, the cucumber, the tomato into cubes and finely chop the cabbage. We put the whole thing in one bowl and salt a little.
Step 2
Cut the breast into strips and fry in a hot frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Salt and pepper the fried breast, cut / chop into cubes.
Step 4
Let's get down to Sauce. In a bowl, mix the suneli hops, pepper, chopped garlic, mustard.
Step 5
Add mayonnaise.
Step 6
Soy sauce and mix thoroughly. You can add milk to thin the sauce.
Step 7
Let's start assembling the shawarma.
Step 8
Put the salad on pita bread (I have a homemade one).
Step 9
Pour the sauce on top.
Step 10
Then spread the fried breast and pour the sauce over again.
Step 11
We fold the pita bread, first covering the upper and lower edges, then the side ones. You can grill the shawarma with a hot skillet.
