Smoothie "Mint Pear"
This is exactly the case when the pear “cannot be eaten”, but you can drink it. This smoothie can be a great breakfast or snack - light and refreshing, nutritious and healthy.
Ingredients
- 4 conference or anjou pears
- 1 large bunch of seedless green grapes
- 7-8 sprigs of fresh mint
- 3 st. l. Teddy bear
- freshly squeezed juice and zest of 1 lime
- highly carbonated water
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Freeze the grapes in advance.
Step 2
Separate the mint leaves from the stems and chop.
Step 3
Place peeled pears, lime zest, frozen grapes, honey and mint in a blender, beat for about 30-40 seconds. Add lime juice, top up with soda water and serve.
