Smoothie "Mint Pear"

Ingredients
  • 4 conference or anjou pears
  • 1 large bunch of seedless green grapes
  • 7-8 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 3 st. l. Teddy bear
  • freshly squeezed juice and zest of 1 lime
  • highly carbonated water

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Freeze the grapes in advance.
Step 2
Separate the mint leaves from the stems and chop.
Step 3
Place peeled pears, lime zest, frozen grapes, honey and mint in a blender, beat for about 30-40 seconds. Add lime juice, top up with soda water and serve.
