Solyanka "Autumn" with pumpkin

Our family is very fond of hodgepodge, and I have cooked many variations of the soup. I offer you a variant of a hodgepodge, which our family especially fell in love with in the fall. Solyanka according to this recipe turns out to be incredibly tasty!

Solyanka "Autumn" with pumpkin
  • beef 300 g
  • adjika 5 tbsp
  • boiled-smoked sausage 100 g
  • boiled and smoked brisket 100 g

  • pickled cucumbers 3 pcs.
  • pumpkin 100 g

  • tomato paste 3 tbsp
  • pitted olives 100 g

  • vegetable oil for frying 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
