Spicy smoked salmon muffins
Want a sumptuous Sunday breakfast? He is in front of you. You will have to tinker with no more than 15 minutes, and after half an hour, delicious and aromatic muffins will appear on the table. Serve with cream cheese or good butter. Well, and a big cup of coffee, of course.
Ingredients
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 5 green onion feathers
- 2 tbsp. l. pink pepper
- 3 eggs
- 120 ml of milk
- 120 ml olive oil
- 210 g flour
- 180 g cheese
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- cream cheese with horseradish or butter for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 175 ° C. Prepare muffin tins.
Step 2
2. Cut the fish into small pieces. Chop green onions. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

3. Put pink pepper in a mortar and grind.

4. Combine eggs, milk and butter in a large bowl, add sugar and salt. Sift flour and baking powder into another bowl. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients, add cheese, salmon, green onions and pink peppercorns. Stir quickly with a spatula.

5. Divide the dough into tins, filling them 3/4 of the height, sprinkle with black pepper. Bake the muffins for 20–23 minutes, check the doneness with a wooden stick.

6. Serve the muffins warm with butter or cream cheese mixed with horseradish.
