Spicy zucchini appetizer
For spicy lovers. The longer the snack costs, the tastier it becomes, saturated with aromas and flavors of Chili Maheev ketchup and ginger.
Ingredients
- young zucchini 2 pcs.
- large onion 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 70 ml
- ketchup "Chili" Maheev 6 tbsp.
- drinking water 4 - 5 tbsp.
- ginger root 2 cm 1 pc.
- sugar
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the courgettes, dry, cut into thin circles.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini in portions. First, on one side until golden brown.
Step 3
Turn the zucchini over to the other side and fry until golden brown.
Step 4
Spread the fried zucchini on a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
Step 5
Peel, wash, dry the onion. Cut into thin half rings.
Step 6
Place onion in a skillet with oil and fry until caramelized. Place the onion on a sieve to allow a glass of oil.
Step 7
For pouring, combine Maheev's "Chili" ketchup, water, salt, sugar to taste. Peel the ginger, wash, grate on a fine grater, add to the filling, mix everything. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
Step 8
Put a layer of courgettes and a layer of onions in a cup.
Step 9
Put a few spoons of hot pouring on top. Then again a layer of zucchini, onions and pouring. And so on until the end, until all the products run out. Allow the snack to cool to room temperature.
Step 10
Put a cup with a snack in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours for soaking and marinating.
Step 11
Put the appetizer on a plate, garnish with herbs. Serve with boiled potatoes, meat, chicken, etc.
