Stewed cabbage with smoked ribs

Stewed cabbage with smoked ribs
  • white cabbage 400 gr
  • onion 1 pc
  • garlic 2 tooth
  • sweet pepper 1 pc
  • hot pepper 0.5 pcs
  • smoked ribs (pork) 200 gr
  • tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • dry dill 1 tsp
  • bay leaf 2 pcs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil


Step 1
Fry the onions in a pan until lightly yellow. Divide the smoked ribs piece by piece if you have them in one layer. Place the ribs on the onion and fry together for 2-3 minutes until a smoky aroma appears.
Step 2
Cut sweet and hot peppers into strips and put in the pan. fry for 1-2 minutes.
