Stewed vegetables with sausages
Many children are very fond of stewed vegetables with sausages like in the school cafeteria. And housewives at home will make this recipe very easy.
Ingredients
- potatoes 8 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- head of white cabbage 0.5 pcs.
- sausages 10 pcs.
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
- water
- bay leaf 3 pcs.
- ground black pepper
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1

Cut the onion into feathers and fry in sunflower oil.
Step 2

Rub the carrots on a coarse grater and also fry in sunflower oil.
Step 3

Chop the cabbage, transfer to a deep frying pan and fry.
Step 4

Put the fried onions, carrots and cabbage into a cauldron.
Step 5

Add diced potatoes to vegetables
Step 6

and sliced sausages.
Step 7

Salt, pepper, put bay leaf.
Step 8

Add tomato paste and fill it halfway with water.
Step 9

Simmer vegetables with sausages covered for 40 minutes.
