Stuffed peppers in tomato-garlic sauce

Ingredients
- sweet pepper 4 pcs.

- cheese 100 g
- garlic cloves 3 pcs.

- ketchup "Krasnodar" Maheev 3 tbsp.
- garlic cloves 3 pcs.
- apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
- sugar 2 tsp.
- 1 pinch salt
- ground black pepper 1 pinch
- 0.5 cups water
- sweet paprika 1 tsp
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- filling salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash and dry sweet peppers. Cut the stalk with a sharp thin knife and carefully, without violating the integrity of the pepper, clean it from seeds and partitions.
Step 2
Wash cilantro, dry, chop finely. Peel the garlic, chop finely.
Step 3
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
Combine chopped cilantro, garlic, grated cheese, stir.
Step 5
Divide the filling into 4 parts and fill each pepper with it.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put stuffed pepper.
Step 7
Fry the peppers on all sides for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Then turn down the fire. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 8
For gravy combine ketchup "Krasnodarskiy" Maheev, apple cider vinegar, finely grated garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika. Mix the mass, dilute with water and stir again.
Step 9
Pour pepper in a frying pan with gravy, simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Step 10
Divide the pepper into portions, garnish with any herbs and serve.
