Tongue baked with Crimean tomatoes
A hearty and delicious dish with juicy tomatoes and sweet onions. Just a delicacy!
- boiled tongue 200 gr
- tomatoes 2 pcs
- onion 1 pc
- chicken eggs 2 pcs
- sour cream 2-3 tbsp
- flour 1 tbsp.
- butter 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
For this dish, you need to cook the tongue in advance. I have a pork tongue, but you can take a beef tongue. Cut the cooled tongue into slices.
Fry the onion until transparent in butter. Put pieces of tongue and sprinkle with flour. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and put in the pan to the tongue and cook for another 3-5 minutes. The tomato slices will soften slightly. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat.
Mix eggs and sour cream until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
