Triangular cutlets in waffle crust
Waffle cutlets are an unusual version of regular cutlets.
- pork 500 g
- wafer cakes 2 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- eggs 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
We wash the meat, cut into medium pieces. Peel the onion, cut into several parts. We pass the chopped meat and onions through a meat grinder twice. Add the egg, salt to the resulting minced meat and mix thoroughly.
Take one waffle cake and use it as a base.
We spread the minced meat on it in an even layer.
Cover with the second cake on top, pressing it well. Leave the cakes with meat on for 25 minutes, so that they become soft and do not crumble when cutting.
Then we cut the cakes into eight equal parts.
Break the egg and beat it with a fork. Grease each resulting cutlet with an egg mixture.
Fry cutlets over medium heat on both sides. We serve hot.
